7 step Process
1. Initial Consultation
Clients reach out to discuss their renovation ideas, goals, and budget. We review the scope of work, answer questions TO make sure we’re a good fit for the project.
2. Proposal & Bid
After understanding the project, we prepare and submit a detailed bid to the homeowner outlining the work, timeline, and cost.
3. Approval & Planning
Once the bid is accepted:
The homeowner orders selected materials
We submit required permits
A project and PAyment schedule is finalized
Payments are collected in draws based on milestones (50% / 20% / 20%/10%)
Financing options are available if needed.
4. Project Kickoff
On day one of construction:
Ground breaks on the project
A 50% payment is collected
Your dedicated Project Manager becomes your main point of contact
5. Construction Phase
Throughout the renovation:
Your Project Manager oversees the work and coordinates trades
You receive weekly updates
Communication is available via text or email
In-person walkthroughs are scheduled as needed
6. Ongoing Communication & Transparency
We believe communication is key. You’ll stay informed every step of the way with regular updates, clear timelines, and open access to your Project Manager.
7. Project Completion
Once construction is complete, we walk through the finished space with you to ensure everything meets expectations and address any final details.
