7 step Process

1. Initial Consultation

  • Clients reach out to discuss their renovation ideas, goals, and budget. We review the scope of work, answer questions TO make sure we’re a good fit for the project.

2. Proposal & Bid

  • After understanding the project, we prepare and submit a detailed bid to the homeowner outlining the work, timeline, and cost.

3. Approval & Planning

Once the bid is accepted:

  • The homeowner orders selected materials

  • We submit required permits

  • A project and PAyment schedule is finalized

    • Payments are collected in draws based on milestones (50% / 20% / 20%/10%)
      Financing options are available if needed.

4. Project Kickoff

On day one of construction:

  • Ground breaks on the project

  • A 50% payment is collected

  • Your dedicated Project Manager becomes your main point of contact

5. Construction Phase

Throughout the renovation:

  • Your Project Manager oversees the work and coordinates trades

  • You receive weekly updates

  • Communication is available via text or email

  • In-person walkthroughs are scheduled as needed

6. Ongoing Communication & Transparency

  • We believe communication is key. You’ll stay informed every step of the way with regular updates, clear timelines, and open access to your Project Manager.

7. Project Completion

  • Once construction is complete, we walk through the finished space with you to ensure everything meets expectations and address any final details.
